Picking Your Pup

These pups are from a past litter

Here you will find some of the techniques we use to assess and place our puppies.

Each puppy starts by getting the "Vigor of life" test. Once each pup is born and dried, it is placed about 2 puppy lengths from the dam facing away from her. The pup is timed to see how long it takes to get turned around and get back to the dams nipple for it's first meal. To learn more about the Vigor of Life test visit: http://www.esmondrott.com/breeding_vigor.htm

On thier third day we begin the Bio Sensor Program, A.K.A. the Super Dog program. This program was developed in the 70s' by the U. S. military to improve the proformance of the dogs that they use. Each individual puppy goes through a series of 5 excercizes daily from the age of three days to 16 day. These excercizes were designed to stimulate the neurological system in order to give the dog a superior advantage. To learn more about this program visit: http://www.volhard.com/pages/pat.php
